國內上市藥品說明書征集任務 現向廣大的同行征集藥品說明書，共有2個任務，具體要求如下： 任務一：藥智網藥品說明書數據庫（http://db.yaozh.com/instruct）中未收載品種 1.要求藥品說明書是數據庫沒有收載的品種，數據庫里面查不到的品種（請先自行查詢）。 2.說明書格式要求：圖片格式、PDF格式(內容是多張圖片）、WORD格式（內容是多張圖片）。無水印、無紅章、清晰，內容完整、正確。 3.核準日期或者修訂日期在2005年以后，要求有批準文號。 4.按照指定格式交稿。 5.一個合格的說明書5元一個。 任務二：藥智網藥品說明書數據庫（http://db.yaozh.com/instruct）中已收載品種 1.要求只有說明書范本而未有具體生產企業的說明書品種（請先自行查詢）。 2. 說明書格式要求：圖片格式、PDF格式(內容是多張圖片）、WORD格式（內容是多張圖片）。無水印、無紅章、清晰，內容完整、正確。 3.核準日期或者修訂日期是2010年以后的,,要求有批準文號。 4.按照指定格式交稿 5. 一個合格的說明書2元一個。 交稿方式：文件夾(里面包括圖片和目錄） 目錄的格式請見附件 之前在藥智匯發布的說明書征集任務在此任務發布之日起截止，不再以之前的標準來征集。要求格式嚴格按照要求寫，如有不正確我們不接收。 有意向者可直接聯系我。 說明書提交方式：以QQ的傳文件的形式提交，文件內包括說明書和表格，要求見下面的附件。提交通過審核后在藥智匯領取賞金。   [更多]
